Our Wedding

We first met at a school dance in the seventh grade, when I noticed him right away as the funny one - the one who made everyone feel at ease. We started dating not long after and spent our high school years growing up side by side. Eventually, life pulled us in different directions, and we went our separate ways for a couple of years. But as life often does, it brought us back together - this time during our first year of university in 2017. What started as a message turned into talking again, which turned into seeing each other, and then, somehow, it felt like no time had passed at all. We reconnected as different people, but found that the most important parts of who we were — the familiarity, the trust, the ease — had always been there. From that point forward, we just knew. We’ve been together ever since. In March 2025 during a family trip to the south of Spain, we hiked the Sierra Nevada mountain range in the Andalusian province of Granada at sunset. The air was warm and still, the view stretched endlessly, and the moment felt quiet and certain. That’s where he asked, and that’s where we said yes to forever — a decision that felt as natural as every chapter leading to it. Now, we’re beyond grateful to be celebrating this next season of life with the people we love most, and to continue growing together, just as we have since we were kids.

Our wedding dress code is formal—think timeless, classic, and a little dressy. We recommend cocktail dresses, long or midi gowns, suits, or dark jackets and ties. Tuxedos are not required.
